cipes with a quick hangover cure!
I know I am extolling the health benefits of juicing and as an avid juicer and health nut I of course never imbibe too much wine (well it is grape juice after all….)
Anyway, experience has unfortunately shown me that this is an ideal pick-me-up for the morning after the night before.
1 Citrus fruit of your choice. Medium Sized. Peeled
1/2 red sweet pepper (yellow or orange would do but avoid green peppers for this recipe)
1/2 Beetroot. Uncooked and unpickled.
- Process the fruit and vegetables in your juicer.
- Dilute according to your taste preferences if required
Makes one large portion.
